About
Buy the cards you love, safely.
LegitDeck is an independent guide to buying Pokémon cards safely in Singapore and Malaysia — plain English, no fearmongering, no strings.
Why we built this
The card scene here is booming — and so are the scams. In just three months of late 2025, collectors in Singapore reported over S$958,000 lost to card scams. The people who get hurt most are newcomers, parents buying for their kids, and anyone chasing a hyped set.
The advice to stay safe existed — but it was scattered across police advisories, Reddit threads, and group chats. We pulled it together in one calm, practical place, written for real buyers.
What we promise
- Independent. We’re not owned by any shop or marketplace, and we don’t take money to call a seller “legit.”
- Honest. Our tools are guides, not guarantees, and we’ll always say so.
- Private. Our listing checker runs entirely in your browser — nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
- Plain. No jargon, no scare tactics — just what to check before you pay.
How we keep it free
LegitDeck is free to use. In future we may feature trusted local shops or use affiliate links — and when we do, we’ll label it clearly. We will never accept payment to vouch for a seller’s honesty; safety guidance and paid placement stay strictly separate.
LegitDeck is an independent consumer-safety resource for trading card collectors in Singapore and Malaysia. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, PSA, CGC, Carousell, or any marketplace. “Pokémon” and related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here descriptively. Our guidance is general information, not legal, financial, or authentication advice — always do your own checks before buying.
